Spanish company PHB Weserhütte signs a technology cooperation agreement in India

A key step in its internationalization strategy and its growth in one of the markets with the greatest growth potential

The Spanish company PHB Wesserhütte, part of the TSK Group and a leader in technological solutions for materials handling and mining, recently announced the signing of a licensing and technological cooperation agreement with KHD Humboldt Wedag India, the Indian subsidiary of the German cement company.

Under this alliance, PHB Wesserhütte will license its technical know-how and engineering services for materials handling machinery, allowing its solutions to be manufactured and marketed in India by KHD. According to the Spanish company, the collaboration guarantees that the products will maintain the technological and quality standards that characterize it.

The agreement with KHD provides PHB Wesserhütte with a gateway to the Indian market. It will leverage the experience, industrial capacity, and sales network of a highly recognized partner in the cement and industrial plant sectors. This combination of European technology and local expertise will allow PHB Weserhütte to competitively meet the growing needs of the Indian market and other international markets, strengthening its position as a global technology leader in bulk material handling equipment.
