Técnicas Reunidas receives Top Employer 2025 certification in India

After Spain, the Asian country is the second market in which it has achieved this prestigious recognition

The Spanish company Técnicas Reunidas, a multinational specialising in engineering and construction of large industrial facilities in the energy sector, recently celebrated obtaining Top Employer certification in India.

After Spain, this is the second market in which Técnicas Reunidas has obtained this prestigious recognition, awarded by the Top Employers Institute to organisations that stand out for their excellent practices in people and human resources management. In a post on its LinkedIn profile, Técnicas Reunidas highlights this recognition ‘for creating a work environment where people can learn, grow and thrive’.

To certify companies, the Top Employer Institute conducts a rigorous survey, called the HR Best Practices Survey, which analyses performance in more than 20 key areas in the sections of People Strategy and Leadership; Talent Acquisition and Development; Employee Well-being and Experience; Diversity, Equity and Inclusion; Ethics, Values and Organisational Purpose; and Work Environment and Digitalisation.

The Top Employer seal, which has already been awarded to 2,400 organisations in 125 countries, is a symbol of quality in corporate culture that enhances companies' reputations as employers and helps them attract and retain talent.
