Our main goal is to anayse the current state and future outlook of Spain-India bilateral relations
The Spain-India Council Foundation, aware of the serious nature and key priorities of the current state of affairs, wishes, in this regard, to contribute to the joint efforts of Indian and Spanish societies. The SICF intends to carry out a joint reflection-exercise together with the major bilateral stakeholders on the current state and future outlook of Spain-India relations. The main goal is to build up a series of bilateral knowledge maps and practical proposals that will allow us to boost the exchanges between the two countries. This process will culminate in the publication of the Spain-India report on the present and future of our bilateral relations.
Our plan is to gather key information and data to create three bilateral knowledge maps on the current state of Spain-India relations, including the main players, the fields of cooperation and the different initiatives. Once this assessment is done, a series of measures will be suggested to achieve a greater dynamism and impact. Further information on goals and structure is provided at the introductory brochure.
This is a twofold exercise; on the one hand, participation is opened to anyone interested in Spain-India relations, who wish to share with the SICF their views and proposals on the current state and future outlook of our bilateral relations. With the purpose of collecting all these views, the SICF is launching an online survey to be filled anonymously.
On the other hand, the SICF will approach, via designated forms, all those private and governmental stakeholders in our bilateral relations, so they can also contribute to the knowledge maps as well as to the proposal-making process.
