In honor of the visit of Som Mittal, President of Nasscom, to Spain, and in coordination with the Ramón Areces Foundation and with Casa Asia, the Spain-India Council Foundation held a luncheon last May 31 in the "Señorío de Alcocer" restaurant in Madrid.
The lunch was held before Mr. Mittal gave a lecture entitled "The Rise and Development of Information and Communication Technologies in India" at the Ramón Areces Foundation, in collaboration with Casa Asia, attended by Mohan Chainani, Vice President of the Spain-India Council Foundation, Raimundo Pérez- Hernández, Director of the Ramón Areces Foundation, Jayant Khobragade, Counselor of the Indian Embassy In Madrid, as well as key representatives from Casa Asia, Alianza 4 Universidades, BBVA, ESADE, Garrigues, Isolux Corsán, La Caixa, MAEC, CDTI, ICEX and PWC, all of whom are trustees of the Spain-India Council Foundation.
